A paper vaccination card, old chat messages and your memory — is that your pet's whole record?

That is how most dog and cat owners start. The gaps only show at the moment you need the record most — at the vet, or when your pet goes missing:

Paper vaccination cards get lost

One small slip of paper holds your pet's entire vaccination history. Lose it and it is gone, and nobody remembers exactly when the last shot was given.

Visit history is scattered

Each clinic keeps its own piece of the record. Switch clinics and the new vet has to ask you all over again about allergies, existing conditions and past shots.

Nobody can reach you if your pet goes missing

Whoever finds them wants to bring them home, but the collar carries no information at all. Printing your phone number on the collar means giving away personal details.

What Z-Pets does for your pet

A profile for every pet

Breed, date of birth, coat colour, microchip number, blood type, neutered or not — plus a photo album and a profile page of their own.

Health record & weight chart

Log vaccinations, vet visits, lab tests, scans, surgeries and prescriptions — with result photos attached. Weight over time becomes a chart, and allergies and conditions are kept apart.

Automatic reminders

Vaccinations, baths, nail trims, deworming, medication, feeding — set it once and the system repeats it and pushes a notification. There are quiet hours, and each type can be muted alone.

Lost-pet QR / NFC tag

Clip the tag to the collar. Whoever finds them scans it with a phone camera, lands on your pet's page and messages you with their location — no app to install. You choose whether the phone number or the medical record is shown.

The whole household on one pet

Invite family members in as owner, caregiver or view-only. Reminders go to all of them. When you need to, hand ownership to someone else along with the entire record.

Community & shops

Post under your pet's own name, follow other pets, and group-chat with fellow owners. Anyone selling pet supplies can open a shop, take orders and get paid by VietQR or COD.

Frequently asked questions

Does Z-Pets cost anything?

No. The app is free and carries no ads. You can create profiles, keep health records, set reminders and use the QR tag without paying anything.

How does the lost-pet QR tag work?

Each tag carries its own code, and you link that code to your pet in the app. Whoever finds them scans the tag with a phone camera to open your pet's public page — no app to install — then sends a message with a callback number and their location. It reaches you in the app.

Who can see your pet's information?

Only you and the people you invite to help care for them. The public page shown when the QR tag is scanned displays exactly what you allow — the phone number and the medical record each have their own on/off switch.

Does it work on phones and computers?

Yes. Z-Pets has iOS and Android apps and a browser version, all on one account. Your data stays readable offline and syncs again once you are back online. The interface is available in Vietnamese, English and Japanese.

Can the AI assistant in the app replace a vet?

No, and the app says so plainly. The AI assistant helps you look up everyday care information based on your own pet's record, but it does not prescribe, does not replace a diagnosis, and always tells you to take your pet to a vet at any sign of an emergency.

Set up your first pet's profile in a few minutes

Create an account, add your pet's name and date of birth, then log their most recent shot. From there Z-Pets reminds you about the ones that follow.
