By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

This website is published by Z-SOFT CO., LTD, a software company based in Da Nang, Vietnam. You can reach us at contact@z-soft.com.vn.

Using this website

You may read, quote and share what we publish here. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any account;
• interfere with its availability, including through automated traffic that degrades service for others;
• scrape or copy the site wholesale to republish it as your own;
• use the site to distribute malware, unlawful material or misleading claims about Z-SOFT;
• circumvent a security measure, however weak it appears.

Security research is welcome and has its own rules — see our Security page for the responsible-disclosure terms, which take precedence over the two points above when you follow them.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, product names and logos on this site belong to Z-SOFT or to the partners who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is fine. Reproducing substantial parts, or using our name and marks in a way that suggests endorsement, needs our written permission.

Open-source software

Some of our work is released as open source, including Z-CMS, which also powers this website. Open-source components are governed by their own licences, and those licences — not this page — define what you may do with the code.

What you send us

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through a public form. When you send us an enquiry, an idea or feedback, you keep whatever rights you already had in it, and you allow us to read it, respond to it and act on it internally without an obligation of confidence and without payment, unless we have signed something that says otherwise.

Third-party links

Where we link to another organisation's site, we do so because it is useful, not because we control it. We are not responsible for its content, its terms or its handling of your data.

Accuracy and availability

We write carefully, but this site describes capabilities, products and roadmaps that change. Nothing here is an offer, a commitment or professional advice, and figures used to illustrate a case study are not a promise of the same outcome. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Z-SOFT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Products and services

Access to a Z-SOFT product, a hosted service or a delivery project is governed by the contract, order form and service terms signed for it, together with any data-processing terms. Those documents prevail over this page for everything they cover.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes we cannot settle in good-faith discussion fall to the competent courts of Da Nang, Vietnam, unless a signed agreement between us specifies otherwise.
