Core capabilities
The camera reads speed-limit signs
The phone's camera watches the road ahead and recognises speed-limit signs as you pass them. The app uses the number on the sign to warn you: when you are about to go over the limit, it plays a warning sound. The limit stays in effect until the next sign.
On the car's screen
The app supports Android Auto and CarPlay: the map, the next turn and the current speed limit appear on the car's display. If another app is in front, warnings still show in the car's notification bar. On an Android head unit it runs full-screen like an instrument cluster.
Navigation keeps working without a signal
Routing runs on Z-SOFT's servers using OpenStreetMap data. The phone also carries a backup router, so a route can still be calculated with no signal. At junctions where lane data exists, lanes are drawn on the map.
Built-in dashcam
The same camera that reads signs also records your journey. Recording loops so it never uses more storage than you allow. Important clips can be locked so they are not overwritten. File names include the place and time, so clips are easy to find.
Vehicle data on the map
Connect an OBD reader to see engine RPM, coolant temperature and fuel level. Bluetooth tyre sensors show the pressure and temperature of each wheel and warn when a tyre is losing air, including trailer wheels.
Warnings for your type of vehicle
Trucks, buses and cars have different speed limits on the same road. Choose your vehicle type in settings and the app reads combined signs for that type and warns at the right limit.
