Open the app, type the amount on the number pad, tap a category tile and the expense is in the book, on the right day and under the right heading. Nothing is required except the amount; the date is today and the wallet is the one that is open. A mistake can be edited later, and the app keeps the history of the change.
Everything stays on the phone
PayNote works fully offline. No sign-up, no account and no server holding the spending history. It never reads messages or bank notifications and is connected to no bank or e-wallet, so nobody, Z-SOFT included, can see the account.
Budgets that warn in time
Set a spending limit for the month and for each category. The app shows how much is left and warns before the limit is passed, not after.
Monthly statistics
The home screen shows this month's income, spending and balance with the latest entries. Statistics break spending down by category and set income against spending; one tap switches months. PRO adds month-on-month comparison and a six-month trend.
Several wallets, several currencies
Cash, bank and e-wallet each keep their own balance. Twenty currencies (VND, USD, JPY, EUR and more), one per wallet, with no exchange rate invented between them. Amounts are formatted the way each language reads them, in Vietnamese, English and Japanese.
Backup you control
Export an encrypted backup file to iCloud Drive, Google Drive or anywhere else, with a password if you like, and restore it on a new phone. CSV export opens in Numbers or Excel. Basic is free and complete; PRO is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
