Core capabilities
QR ordering at the table, with no app
A guest scans the code on the table and the menu opens in their own browser — no app, no account. Sizes, toppings and per-dish notes travel with the order, and a dish marked sold out disappears from the menu at once.
A till that keeps working offline
The point of sale is a PWA: orders are written on the device first and pushed when the connection returns, each carrying its own id so a retry cannot duplicate an order. A restaurant that cannot sell for five minutes during a rush does not stay a customer.
A kitchen display built for a kitchen
Three columns — new, cooking, ready — readable from two metres, touch only, with a clock counting from the moment the order was sent and configurable thresholds for late. Dishes route to the right station: kitchen, bar or grill.
Payment, split bills and reconciliation
Cash with change suggested, a dynamic VietQR carrying the order code, bills split by dish or by head. With the reconciliation add-on, an incoming transfer is matched to its order and closes it — and the money goes straight into the restaurant's own account.
Every action that reduces the total is attributable
Voiding a dish already sent to the kitchen, discounting and deleting an order are each recorded with a reason and the person responsible, in a log only the owner and managers can read. This is the loss prevention an owner is actually paying for.
Self-service setup in about ten minutes
Sign up by phone, name the restaurant, load the menu from a photograph or a spreadsheet with AI extraction and a spreadsheet-style review, generate the tables, and print A4 sheets of QR codes. Nobody has to visit the restaurant.
