Several branches, one system
Manage several shops from one system. Each branch has its own menu, prices and opening hours, and the website always shows the right menu for that branch.
Pre-orders from the website
Customers browse the menu on the website and order right there, with no app to install and no account to create. The order arrives on the shop's admin screen with the branch, the items and the pickup time.
Sell a cup, deduct a cup
Every drink has a recipe. When a cup is sold, in the shop or online, the system deducts the milk, coffee and syrup it used. Stock stays close to reality without a recount.
Staff and shifts
Staff records, shift schedules and daily notes live in the same system as the orders. You can see who worked which shift, what sold and which ingredients are running low.
Automatic VietQR reconciliation
When a customer pays by VietQR transfer (via SePay), the system matches the transfer to its order and marks it paid. Nobody has to check bank statements.
A website that is always up to date
The shop's website reads directly from the system: photographed menu, categories, promotions and opening hours. Change something in the system and the website updates itself.
